Kéya–Turtle

The turtle is a sacred creature among Native American tribes. Each tribe’s cultural view of the turtle/tortoise, is slightly different; however, the deeper meaning remains the same: the turtle represents Unci Maka , Lakota for Grandmother Earth, who teaches us to walk our paths in peace.

Kéya strives to be a salon which seeks to evolve the beauty industry by not being another superficial place who mainly focuses on outer beauty, but rather strives to emphasize inner beauty whilst honoring Grandmother Earth respectfully and lovingly.

We are grateful to be able to serve our community through the modality of beauty. We hope to be an example of how we all can make comfortable adjustments to surround ourselves with a healthier environment that is in alignment with the planet we dwell on. Everything used in the salon is handcrafted from earth organically, sustainably and consciously. Our consumer products to our technical products, it is all brought in with the highest standards.
